Hoodwinked!

I bought a "Hooters" uniform tshirt from eBay seller "pamzlich". The description of the item was:
"This is the original Hooters tank top. Worn by all us Hooters girls. This makes great summer wear for the beach, pool party or just the right night with the guy whose attention you've been trying to get. So get it while its available. If paying by personal check item will not be shipped for 10 days. If you pay with BILLPOINT I will ship it the next day. shipping is $3.00 Thanks *kisses*"
As you can see, there was no mention made of the condition of the tshirt. OK, it was clearly gullible of me to not notice that there was no mention of the shirt's condition. However, given the shirt's condition, what would you think of anybody trying to sell it w/o mentioning its condition? You can judge for yourself. Look at the following pics.

I have left negative feed back on this eBay seller. Unfortunately, he/she has unregistered from eBay. I'm sure he/she is now registered under a different name & continuing to hoodwink others.

The Hooters logo is badly cracked and faded.
The large section of stitching around the neckline has come undone.
The hem has been crudely and clumsily shorten by being cut with scissors. It is completely uneven and very jagged.
